I offer one-on-one training, group training, online/virtual training, lifestyle coaching, and nutritional plans as well.
My rates vary depending on the type of training you're looking for.
-Session length for one-on-one, group, and online training is 45 minutes.
-For in person training outside of the Salem, Oregon area please contact for more information. Online training is available as well.
1-on-1 Training Packages
4 sessions per month: $200
8 sessions per month: $400
Includes: Workout program,cardio plan, bi-weekly check-ins, supplemental guidance, master food list, recipes, full body stretching list, and mobility drills list.

Group Training Packages (2-4)
4 sessions per month: $100 ($25 per person/session)
8 sessions per month: $200 ($25 per person/session)
Includes: Master food list, supplemental guidance information,full body stretching list, and mobility drills list.

6-8 Week Workout Plans
Includes: Master food list, supplemental guidance information,full body stretching list, and mobility drills list.
Meal Plans
*One time meal plan includes: nutrition plan, master food list, and recipes.
**Month to month includes: nutrition plan, master food list, recipes, bi-weekly check-ins via email/skype/zoom, and adjustments are made to nutrition plan as needed to reach goal.
Online Training
Includes: Workout program,cardio plan, bi-weekly check-ins via skype/zoom/email/phone, supplemental guidance, master food list, recipes, full body stretching list, and mobility drills list.

Online Lifestyle Coaching
Includes: Four 45 minute appointments done via zoom, Skype, video chat, etc. We cover your goals, problems, provide solutions, and go over many exercises/tools that will help reinforce lifestyle changes for continued growth.
